Building on Partnerships

A good example of this is our partnership with TTI Long beach. The company located in the Port of Long Beach California is a full-service marine terminal on the U.S. West Coast. They offer best-in-class service to the shipping and transportation industry, and we’re proud to continue partnering with them in delivering modern technology for their terminal.

TTI Long Beach has initiated a project to replace their existing gate kiosks and gate operating system (GOS) with updated technology for its terminal in the Port of Long Beach. The project main objective is to replace the aging kiosks and GOS, thereby increasing the reliability for years to come and adding stability and flexibility in future potential projects, such as replacement of their TOS.

For this project, TTI Long Beach wasn’t just looking for a provider, they were looking for a partner. One who would provide a viable solution, a flexible implementation plan, and fit with TTI Long Beach culture.

CERTUS Automation responded with a solution proposal, meeting TTI Long Beach requirements with proven technology and a flexible implementation plan. Having already successfully implemented OCR portals and Crane OCR at their terminal, we were already familiar with TTI Long Beach and the nuances of west coast terminals. As with previous projects, our goal is to help TTI Long Beach improve their efficiency at the gate with minimal impact to operations.
